Offer the institution the means to realize its ambitions

We have therefore redesigned our working methods, equipped ourselves with a new and efficient information system, reviewed our purchasing supply chain and built a very rational method for our decision-making processes.” Examples include the opening of Shenzhen Audencia Business School in China, the development of, and new business model for, the campus in Paris, the inauguration of the Mediacampus on the Ile de Nantes, etc. This means new responsibilities and new constraints, as illustrated by José Maciel: “The trend is structural and continuous. We had an operating budget of 28 million euros in 2011 and we will reach 50 million in 2018, for 4900 students. From this point of view, we are three years ahead of the Audencia 20/20 plan! Under these conditions, it is logical to update our operating rules at the same time to be in line with the new situation.
