Strengthen, sustain
“In 2018, we will strengthen and sustain our continuous quality improvement systems, the goal being to be perfectly ready when we start drafting the application files for the renewal of our accreditation. To do so, we must finish configuring ACADEM, making sure that all of the processes around it are compatible and functional.” Isabelle Fagnot, Director, Quality, Accreditations and Rankings, will also manage the school’s rankings: “This year, we have answered more than seventy questionnaires and surveys. It is a long but worthwhile job and we shall continue our efforts in 2018 to be even more responsive and efficient.”
