2018: Donations of “Comp Time” between associates

True to its CSR commitments in the field of Human Resources, Audencia Business School has made the agreement on the implementation of the “Gift of Comp Time between employees” one of its flagship projects for 2018. Discussed and negotiated with employee representatives, it is an integral part of the 2017 Compulsory Annual Negociations and illustrates the commitments of the Human Resources Department and its CSR approach. Inspired by the 2014 Mathys Law, this agreement will enable employees facing a complex family situation – a child suffering from an illness, disability or a serious accident – to be present with their child without sustaining any financial impact. The institution already proposed a number of possibilities allowing employees to stay with their children when sick (twelve days of so-called “sick children” paid leave per year or conversion into leave of the annual bonus), but wanted to go further with this agreement which calls for the solidarity of the staff internally. As a result, associates who find themselves in a situation of this type, will be able to ask their colleagues to take action as part of a “call to give leave”. By giving one or more of their days off, everyone can give other employees the means to be absent – without any financial impact – to stay with a child when sick.
